Ed Sheeran Is Somehow Going To Be In Pokémon Go

One of the most famous pop musicians of the 2000s will be joining Pokémon Go somehow. That person is English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.

The Ed Sheeran HQ Twitter account has revealed that some sort of crossover between the singer and the Pokémon Go mobile game will be coming soon. The game's official account subsequently retweeted it with an eyes emoji, confirming the collaboration.

No other details about this have been revealed, so it's unclear how Ed Sheeran will be in Pokémon Go. The simplest guess would be that he wrote and perform some music for the game. Who knows? In any case, Ed is coming. He's collaborated on other projects such as Game of Thrones and Rise of Skywalker, but those were acting roles, unlike Pokémon Go.

The last update involving Pokémon Go was back in September when Niantic announced new Safari Live Event in-person dates. They were originally supposed to be held back in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were postponed. Pokémon Go was also in the news because Niantic had planned to reduce the interaction radius of PokeStops and Gyms that were related to the pandemic. However, following an outcry from fans, Niantic decided to walk that back and keep the interaction radius at 80 meters instead of 40.

All Three Original Harry Potter Cast Members Re-Unite for 20th Anniversary Special on HBO Max

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson will come together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Harry Potter film series in a new reunion special for HBO Max. The special will also include Chris Columbus, who directed The Sorcerer's Stone and Chamber of Secrets, as well as other cast members from the series.

Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts is a reunion that will drop on HBO Max on January 1. It will air on TBS and Cartoon Network in Spring 2022, sometime before the April 15 release date of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.

Other cast members taking part in the reunion include Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Imelda Staunton, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch, and Ian Hart, and more.

According to the press release, the reunion will feature all-new interviews and cast conversations celebrating the history of the films, taking place at the original Hogwarts movie sets. The project sounds similar to HBO Max's Friends: The Reunion, which brought the sitcom's main cast back together to celebrate and reflect on the show and its legacy.

Today's announcement makes no mention of Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who has come under fire for her anti-transgender views. It seems the controversial author will not be a part of the reunion.

While Radcliffe, Grint, and Watson haven't played Harry, Ron, and Hermione since The Deathly Hallows Part 2, Columbus hopes to get everyone together for a movie version of The Cursed Child, a 2016 Harry Potter play that takes place well after the book series ends. We'll have to wait and see if this reunion makes any mention of that possible project.

In the meantime, Warner Bros. is developing a potential Harry Potter TV series, and the video game Hogwarts Legacy, which will let players create transgender characters.

Avatar: The Last Airbender – Diamond Select Reveals Prince Zuko and Uncle Iroh Figures

Diamond Select Toys is expanding its line of Avatar: The Last Airbender figures, and IGN has an exclusive first look at Series 5.

This latest wave consists of two new figures inspired by the animated series. One is a new version of Prince Zuko in his Blue Spirit ninja outfit, while the other is the very first Uncle Iroh figure ever released. Check out both upcoming releases, along with DST's previous Avatar figures, in the slideshow gallery below:

    Here's DST's official description for Series 5:

A Diamond Select Toys release! The bending continues with the fifth series of action figures based on Avatar: The Last Airbender! This series focuses on a pair of firebenders – Prince Zuko in his “Blue Spirit” ninja outfit (with removable mask) and Uncle Iroh in his Earth Nation robes! Each approximately 7-inch scale action figure features 16 points of articulation as well as interchangeable parts and accessories, and comes packaged with a display stand in a full-color window box. Designed by Eamon O’Donoghue, sculpted by Richard Force!

Each of these figures is priced at $24.99. Preorders will open on Friday, November 19, with a planned release in Spring 2022.

This news comes just as Netflix announces more cast members for the live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender series, including Kim's Convenience star Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Uncle Iroh.

The streamer also recently announced the cast of its upcoming One Piece adaptation, a still from the live-action Gundam, and announced a live-action adaptation of YuYu Hakusho.

While services like Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services which houses many clients — if the service experiences any issues, then any services using these providers will also be negatively impacted until the provider resolves the issue.

Fortunately, it looks like things are starting to slowly get back to normal. Google noted at 1:17 pm ET today that it believed "the issue with Cloud Networking is partially resolved." Some companies impacted by the outages, including Psyonix have taken to Twitter, noting that its service outage has been resolved and are back up.
